System Implementation

The System Implementation Program is designed to assist and guide the users in their initial use of the RealPOS System. This includes: Information Buildup, Database Set-up and Configuration, Data Migration, Business Rules configuration, and Reports Configuration.

Development

This service is focused on the CUSTOMIZATION of the RealPOS System to tailor fit to the specific needs and requirements of the company. This process includes the client’s specific and customized business requirements that would involve the following activities: REQUIREMENT IDENTIFICATION, FEASIBILITY AND PROGRAM DESIGN, APPLICATION INTERFACE MODIFICATION, PRODUCT UP-DATES & SOFTWARE PATCHES, CODING & PROGRAMMING, MANUAL DOCUMENTATION, PROGRAM TESTING.

Support

A post implementation support is made available to clients and users who have successfully implemented RealPOS System. Included in the services are PRODUCT UPDATES AND PATCHES, REGULAR DATABASE CHECK-UP AND RE-ORGANIZATION, SYSTEM/PROBLEM DIAGNOSIS.
